Just like our regular roof inspections that we offer to new clients the inspection part of this is a free service. We will then report any items we feel need to be addressed and provide a upper budget to have them taken care of. We then track all our costs for these items and only charge the exact cost. In other words, we show you the maximum cost it could be and aim to come in well below that number.
