At Crane Services Ltd. we have many years of experience solving leak issues on all types of roofing systems. While we specialize in Carlisle single ply TPO roofing and Truco rubber coatings for metal roofs we have dealt with every type of roofing system imaginable in our long history.

Concerned about what it may cost to have your roof repaired? Don’t worry. We have a system in place to ensure costs are kept within a certain range. Here’s how it works:

• When we arrive on site we will speak with you or your tenant about the location of the leaks inside so we have a better idea of where the issue may be up on the roof.

• After we pin point the leak area we will access what is causing the leak and what must be done to solve it.

• If the solution is a minor one we will go ahead and make those repairs to restore the roof to a watertight status. Typically these type of minor repairs will fall in the $ 200.00 - $ 1000.00 range.

• We track all our material and labor costs and provide this information in the form of a time summary along with our invoice. You only pay for the work being done.

• We will also advise on how long the repair will last and any other suggestions we might have going forward.

• If the repairs required exceed this range we will do everything we can to provide temporary repairs within the minor repair range listed above. Again all costs with be tracked and provided with the invoice.

• We will then report to you with our findings and provide suggestions and a upper budget number to make the necessary repairs.

• If you decide that you want to go ahead with the repairs suggested we will once again keep track of our costs to ensure we come in under that budget number. Time and material summaries will again be provided.
